Our Retail Ready ordering system, ESIORDER, allows you to place orders at your convenience, 24/7. This online platform is user-friendly and offers a secure way to obtain the products you need. With ESIORDER, you can easily search for products based on container size, top sellers, and keywords.

Ordering Process
- First-Check product availability by clicking here
- New customers- Must fill out additional forms such as:
- ALL Customers- Can call, fax or email their orders to their representative. Orders are processed two days prior to the shipping date based on the availability and status of plant material.
- After placing your order, your customer service representative will confirm your order, inform you of any items that may not be available, and confirm your scheduled delivery day.
- When selecting your delivery option- Please indicate if you prefer to pick up or have your products delivered.
- We offer a 5% cash discount for all customer pick-up orders. If your order is being shipped to an address other than your billing address, please provide this information as well. Note that a minimum order is required for free delivery. See below shipping information section for more details. (can we anchor tag this text to the next section ‘shipping & delivery services)
- Select your payment option- Please have your payment ready upon delivery or customer pick up. We do not extend terms, and all orders are COD. We accept cash, check (payable to Four Star Sales, LLC), Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.

Let us handle the hassle of delivery! At Truck Delivery Direct, we offer weekly delivery services across the United States. We also offer discounts based on the quantity of products you order – see below for more information. Get in touch with our customer service representative to find out if your order is eligible for a discount.
Order “By the Rack”
for Fast-Selling Plants
Our team is well-versed in the best plants to offer for quick sales. When you place an order “By the Rack,” we will fill up your racks with the top-selling plants in your region, as determined by our internal barcode sales data. Fresh crops are available every two weeks during peak season. Why make things harder for yourself? Let us take care of the racks and provide you with the hottest products available.
We offer one-way racks as a delivery option for our products. Our plants are now available for delivery to additional states. For more information regarding specific delivery and pricing quotes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
As fuel costs can fluctuate, there may be surcharges applied. We have not previously included fuel charges, but they may be necessary to uphold the high level of service that we offer our valued customers.
Save 10% on customer pickup
If you opt to pick up your order, you can save 10% on your plant purchases. Simply indicate your preference on your order, and our traffic department will get in touch with you to schedule a pickup time at our facility.

Add Hard Goods to Your Order
When you order plants for truck delivery, you can include hard goods for delivery at the same time. This is a convenient way to receive fertilizers, soils, and more, in addition to your plants. Give us a call for more details.
